Whether you are an adult, teen, or parent, in or out of a relationship, Sexuality Education is a life long endeavor. I have 15 years experience as sexuality health educator and am an experienced therapist in the field of sexuality. I support parents in becoming the best sex educators for their children. I have provided healthy relationships training for sex offender treatment programs, designed HIV and other STI prevention curricula for teens, advocated for social sexual training for people with cognitive impairments. I am a QLGBT ally.

You are invited to my office where we can utilize expressive arts, collage, journaling, dreams and movement as well as traditional talk therapy.
I also facilitate Parent-Daughter workshops for younger girls 9-12 years old and their caregivers, encouraging celebration of puberty and becoming a woman.
